More Brewing

Villa Park’s More Brewing released their first three canned beers this past weekend. This is a new Craft Brewery and Restaurant employing the talents of former RAMM brewer Shaun Berns. The first three cans are as follows: Dusty is a NE Style Pale Ale hopped with Citra, Chemical Connection is a NE Style Rye IPA hopped with Idaho 7, El Dorado and Chinook, and Loose Candies is a NE Style Double IPA hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Vic Secret.

NEIPA’s from 18th Street

18th Street will be releasing two New England Style IPA’s this weekend. Boujee Juice is an 8.1% ABV Double Dry Hopped New England Style Double IPA hopped with Nelson and Mosaic. Reckless Keystrokes is a collaboration with Richmond, VA’s The Answer Brewery and is a 7.5% ABV Double Dry Hopped Double IPA hopped with Amarillo and Citra.

The release event will take place at Capone’s (3678 N Elston Chicago) on July 15th at 11am.

Stay Gold

Pipeworks has announced that they will be releasing a new collaboration with Interior Spirits and Ales called Stay Gold. It is a take on Interboro’s Hazy IPA of the same name. Both beers are inspired by the classic tune by Run The Jewels. The beer will be released on Aug. 2nd at Emporium in Logan Square during their immersive Run The Jewels Experience. The event will run through August 6th.
