San Diego’s Ballast Point Brewing announced this week that they will be opening a pilot brewery and taproom in Chicago in 2018. The plan is for a 12,000 square foot facility with a 3 barrel system that will supply the beer for the tasting room. They also plan to serve a mixture of midwestern and west coast food.
