The result promises to a unique brew with elements of granola blending with the citrus notes from the hops (Cascade and Centennial) they’ve added. #Stone #Grainiac #MultiGrain

One of the newer offerings from Chicago’s Off Color is 7.8% ABV Biere de Garde called Le Wolf. Brewed with Nugger and Streisselsplat hops and Pils, Vienna, and Dark Munich malts, this is perfect fall beer. It has the spice of a saison and bready or crackery fuller elements of a marzen. There are subtle notes of carmel mixing nicely with faint citrus aspects. As always with Off Color beers there are secret ingredients and on Le Wolf they add “Territorial Aggression and Je Ne Sais Quoi (I Don’t Know What). Available in four packs, Le Wolf would be a solid Thanksgiving beer. #offcolor #aggression #LeWolf
