The latest offering from Lake Effect Brewing Company out of Chicago is a 6.5% ABV “Herbaceous Saison aged in Gin barrels with Thai Basil and Asian Pear called 37th Chamber. The beer was brewed in collaboration with Community Tavern (4038 N Milwaukee Ave) and was inspired by their 37th Chamber Cocktail.
