Yesterday, President of Krebs Brewing (aka Choc Brewing), Zach Prichard, announced that they had acquired Tulsa, OK’s Prairie Artisan Ales. The acquisition has sprung out of several years of working together to contract brewing some of Prairie’s most popular beers including Bomb!. Prior to this acquisition Prairie Artisan Ales was co-owned by Chase Healey and his brother Colin.
Earlier this month Chase Healey announced that he was opening a new brewery with his wife, Erica, called American Solera. This brewery has a somewhat unique subscription model, American Solera Society, and seems to be what he will focus on moving forward.
